Can I use my 46Brix membership to ship to different locations throughout the year?


Absolutely! You can ship wine to any number of locations at any time. The only limitation is that a single order can only go to a single shipping address (i.e. you can't split one order to two shipping locations; it would need to be two separate orders to go to two separate shipping locations).

I am a 46Brix member. How do I get shipping charges included on my orders?


If you have your membership number, you can enter it during checkout at any of our participating wineries. First select the state/province you're shipping the wine to and enter the email address associated with your 46Brix account. You will then be given the option to login to 46Brix:

Click 'Login To 46Brix' and enter your membership number. After it's entered, ground shipping will automatically be included for you. Make sure that the email you enter match the ones you signed up with, otherwise our system will not allow you to log in. This is to protect your account from fraudulent use.

I'm a 46Brix member, but I can't find my membership number. How do I get it?


Your 46Brix membership number was emailed to you when you first signed up. If you can't find it, please contact the winery you signed up with. If you aren't sure who you signed up with, please email info@46brix.com and we'll sort it out!

My membership number isn't working, what do I do?

There are a few reasons your 46Brix membership number may not be working:

  1. Your 46Brix membership has expired. To check the status or renew, please contact the winery you signed up with.

  2. If you see an error like the one below, it means either:

    (a) You need to enter your email address in the billing address section, or

    (b) The email that's already in the billing address section doesn't match the email you purchased the 46Brix membership with. They must be the same.

Can I get wine shipped to my state/province?

Each winery controls which states/provinces they ship their wines to. Please contact the winery you'd like to purchase from for more details.

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska? 46Brix is only for ground shipping, so unfortunately you won't be able to use your membership benefits to ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Please note that 46Brix does not include international shipping, so shipping from US wineries to Canada and from Canadian wineries to the US is not included.

Can Canadian wineries ship to the US, and vice versa?

No. 46Brix does not include international shipping, so shipping from US wineries to Canada and from Canadian wineries to the US is not included.

Does 46Brix free shipping only apply to online orders? Or, can I purchase wine from tasting rooms as well?

46Brix gets you unlimited ground shipping on all wine purchases of 2+ bottles, no matter where you buy them. If you'd prefer to have the wine you've just bought from the tasting room shipped to your door, just request it when you go to pay. The winery will ask you for your 46Brix membership number before the transaction is processed.

What happens to my membership after one year?

Your 46Brix membership auto-renews annually so you always have access to unlimited shipping. For more information, visit our Terms and Conditions.

How do I cancel my 46Brix membership?

Your 46Brix membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you do not wish to renew, please contact the winery you signed up with.

How do I renew my 46Brix membership?

Your 46Brix membership autorenews every year. If we are unable to charge the card you signed up with, we will contact you. If your membership has lapsed and you would like to renew, please contact the winery you signed up with.

Why doesn't my information automatically show up after I log in with my 46Brix membership number?

We are committed to keeping you personal information safe and will never share your data with anyone without your prior consent. Because of this, if you are buying wine from a different winery than the one you signed up for 46Brix with, your shipping and billing information will not auto-populate.
